If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website in any manner or form whatsoever.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED BELOW OR IF YOU OPT-OUT.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes binding acceptance of those changes.

By using the Website and agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. CLEANTRA reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at its sole discretion.
3. General Conditions and Website User Conduct Restrictions
All aspects of our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website or any products or services in any unlawful manner.
4. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account with CLEANTRA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and for all transactions with, and information conveyed to, CLEANTRA under your account. You agree to immediately notify CLEANTRA of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Notice Regarding Personal Use of Products, and the Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
You agree that any products or services you purchase will be used for your personal, non-commercial use. The material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.
6. Modifications to the Website and Prices
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue access to the Website without notice. All descriptions of products/services or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
7. Payment
CLEANTRA accepts Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders will not ship until full payment has been successfully processed. All charges are in U.S. Dollars. We use fraud-detection systems and reserve the right to request additional verification, cancel orders we believe may be fraudulent, or refuse service. Orders are not held or reserved if payment is unsuccessful. For subscription plans, your payment method is charged automatically each renewal period; you may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting help@trycleantra.com before your next billing date. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear. Your payment information is encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems; CLEANTRA does not store full credit card numbers.
8. Order Placement and Acceptance
Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason; in the event we deny your order, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
9. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it is automatically billed at the frequency stated on the offer page until you cancel. You must cancel at least three days prior to your next billing date to avoid the next scheduled order. You can cancel by accessing your account or emailing help@trycleantra.com. Promotional discounts may apply to the first order only, with subsequent shipments billed at regular price, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
10. Shipping
CLEANTRA ships to addresses in the United States and internationally via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties. Orders generally ship within 72 business hours; domestic orders typically arrive within 7–10 days. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required; we are not responsible for late or missing shipments due to incorrect address information.
11. Delivery Confirmation
You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.
12. Returns and Refunds
CLEANTRA honors a 90-day return period from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email help@trycleantra.com; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges. Subscription cancellations must be made before the payment method is charged. Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for free returns and are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
13. Social Media
Comments and opinions expressed by users on CLEANTRA's social media presence are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of CLEANTRA. Neither these Terms nor our Privacy Policy apply to third-party social media platforms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE WEBSITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
15. Disclaimer of Liabilities
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEANTRA OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND/OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF CLEANTRA IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, CLEANTRA'S LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE LIMITED TO USD $500.00.
16. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION, CLEANTRA'S PRIVACY POLICY OR TERMS, CLEANTRA'S ADVERTISING OR MARKETING PRACTICES, OR CLEANTRA'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING, FINAL, AND CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by sending a letter to CLEANTRA LLC, Cleantra-19011452 / Online Seller RMA, 2125 Gateway Blvd #82212383, Hebron, KY 41048, stating your name, the product purchased, and your intent to opt out of arbitration.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLEANTRA and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.
18. Third-Party Websites and Links
We are not responsible or liable for any third-party materials or websites linked from our Website.
19. Testimonials, Reviews, and Other Submissions
CLEANTRA may use testimonials and product reviews, together with the name and state/country of the submitter, for any activity relating to CLEANTRA's products or services. Submissions are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and become our sole and exclusive property.
20. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

21. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may communicate electronically with you and that such communications are equivalent to communications in writing.

You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms. CLEANTRA may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms if some or all of its business is transferred to another entity.
23. No Waiver
No waiver by CLEANTRA of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
24. No Agency Relationship
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CLEANTRA.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
26. Termination
Certain sections of these Terms, along with your representations, warranties, and obligations, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CLEANTRA.
