Shipping Policy

At CLEANTRA, we honor a 90-day return period, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases from CLEANTRA including sale items are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. No shipments are made during weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Shipments to PO boxes can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout. Domestic (US) shipments typically take 1–4 business days; EU shipments typically take 4–10 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation with tracking number(s) will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any customs duties and taxes imposed during or after shipment are the customer's responsibility.
